I’ve just purchased my first fruit trees! For most of my life, trees have been something that just happened in the landscape around me. I was a fortunate child who happened to grow up in a neighborhood with old mature giant pear and apple trees. Now, faced with planting my own for the first time, it is slightly daunting. I have started with 1 gala Apple and Moonglow pear. I have also purchased 1 honeysweet pear. I plan to add a Golden Delicious to this group. Wish me luck!
